# Check if a server is in a specific error state

`GET /api/clusters/{clusterName}/servers/{serverName}/{serverPort}/is-in-errstate/{errstate}`

Checks if a specified server within a cluster is currently in a specific error state. Cluster wide error states will not be checked. Use cluster state API for that.

true" or "false

- `500` — Cluster Not Found" or "Server Not Found" or "Error checking server state
