`POST /api/clusters/{clusterName}/apps/{appHost}/{appPort}/actions/drop`

Drops the monitoring configuration for a specific app in a cluster.

- `clusterName` string, required
- `appId` string, required

App monitor dropped successfully

- `403` — No valid ACL
- `500` — No app found with the provided app ID" or "Cluster Not Found
