# Change a cluster plan reservation by a delta

`POST /api/clusters/{clusterName}/settings/actions/change-plan-units/{unit}/{delta}`

## Request

Moves the cluster's plan (technical resource reservation) for a unit (DBU/APU)
by a relative delta. Decrease is free down to the floor; increase is validated
(admin immutable lock; external claim hook) then applied and persisted.
