## Request

Caching gateway over the public Status API: active and recently-resolved incidents plus in-progress and upcoming scheduled maintenance, normalized into a vendor-neutral shape and served from a short server-side cache. Always 200 (unconfigured or upstream failure yields empty arrays); unauthenticated.
