Get Reddit mentions for a brand.

Checks database for pre-populated data, then Redis cache, then falls back
to fetcher functions. Uses Redis caching (24 hour TTL) to minimize API calls.

Returns:
- total_mentions: Number of posts/discussions found
- mention_trend: Activity level indicator
- top_subreddits: Where the brand is most discussed
- sentiment_score: Community sentiment (-1 to 1)
- sample_posts: Top relevant posts with links
