`GET /api/v1/runs/{run_id}/status`

## Request

Lightweight endpoint for frequent polling.

Uses Redis for real-time progress, falls back to DB.

- RunExecutionStatusResponse: Lightweight run status response for polling.
  - `status` string, required
  - `progress` object, nullable
  - `current_task` object, nullable: Current task data: {model, query_id, started_at}
