Extract citations from provided text (utility endpoint).

- ExtractCitationsRequest: Request to extract citations from text.
  - `text` string, required: Text to extract citations from
  - `context_length` integer: Context snippet length

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ExtractCitationsResponse: Response with extracted citations.
  - `citations` object[], required
  - `total_count` integer, required
  - `unique_domains` integer, required
  - `top_domains` string[]
