`GET /api/v1/answers`

## Request

List query executions with judge results and pagination.

## Query parameters

- `run_id` string, nullable: Filter by run execution ID
- `model` string, nullable: Filter by AI model name
- `brand_id` string, nullable: Filter by brand ID
- `mentioned` boolean, nullable: Filter by mention status
- `search` string, nullable: Search in query text or answer
- `page` integer: Page number
- `per_page` integer: Items per page
