Trigger a batch of buyer journey simulations for a vertical.

Runs AI agent simulations using Claude, storing results in simulation_runs.
This is an async operation — results are stored as they complete.

## Query parameters

- `vertical` string, required: Vertical to simulate (e.g., 'Developer Tools')
- `persona_id` string: Specific persona ID (optional, runs all matching if omitted)
