`GET /bus/consensus/state`

Returns the current consensus state.

Successfully retrieved consensus state

- ConsensusState
  - `blockHeight` integer — The current block height
  - `lastBlockTime` string, date-time — The time of the last block
  - `synced` boolean — Whether the node is synced with the network
