# Abort a multipart upload

`POST /bus/multipart/abort`

Aborts an ongoing multipart upload and removes any uploaded parts.

## Request body

- object
  - `bucket` string — The name of the bucket.
  - `key` string
  - `uploadID` string — A unique identifier for a multipart upload

## Response `200`

Successfully aborted multipart upload

## Other responses

- `404` — Upload not found
- `500` — Internal server error
