# Creator Lookup

`GET /v1/clip-studio/creator/lookup`

Resolve a handle, a pasted locker URL or a uuid to one creator.

``{"creator": null}`` with a 200 means the input was well-formed but nobody
answers to it — a typo, which the card says plainly. Upstream being down is
a 502, because telling a reviewer her spelling is wrong when the customer's
API is having a bad afternoon would send her hunting for a problem she does
not have.
