Create a new folder

## Request body

  - `color` string: Folder display hex color
  - `backgroundColor` string: QR code background hex color
  - `logoUrl` string: URL of the QR code center logo
  - `logoHeight` integer: QR code logo height in pixels
  - `logoWidth` integer: QR code logo width in pixels
  - `ecLevel` string: QR code error correction level
  - `borderRadius` integer: QR code border radius in pixels
  - `noExcavate` boolean: Disable logo excavation (cutout)
  - `finderOuterShape` string: Shape of the outer finder pattern
  - `finderInnerShape` string: Shape of the inner finder pattern
  - `finderColor` string: Hex color for finder patterns
  - `cornerMode` string: Corner rendering mode
  - `labelText` string: QR code label text
