# Remove a suppressed address

`DELETE /suppressions/{email}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://shipmail.to/api/v1`
- URL: `https://shipmail.to/api/v1/suppressions/{email}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://shipmail.to/api/auth/oauth2/authorize`, token URL `https://shipmail.to/api/auth/oauth2/token`)

Removes an email address from the suppression list, allowing you to send to it again. Use with caution: if the address is invalid, future sends will bounce and damage your reputation.

- `X-Shipmail-Organization` string

## Response `204`

Suppression removed.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication failed.
- `404`: Resource not found.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
