# Claim an anonymously deployed drop

`POST /drops/{slug}/claim`

## Request

Attaches an anonymous drop to the authenticated account using the one-time claim token (spc_…) returned at deploy time. The token remains usable while the drop is live and for the 30-day private recovery window after expiry. A successful claim gives the drop a 90-day signed-in-free lifetime. Re-claiming a drop you already own returns 200.

## Response `200`

Drop claimed (or already owned by the caller).

  - `restored` boolean: True when the claim revived an expired drop.
  - `expires_at` string, date-time, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — unparseable body, bad paths, invalid ttl/name, per-request file cap, invalid zip.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credential.
- `403`: Invalid claim token.
- `404`: Not found (also returned for resources owned by someone else).
- `409`: Drop state changed during the claim.
- `410`: The 30-day private claim window has closed.
