`GET /v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}/knowledge/from/{artifactId}`

## Request

The reverse of a note's `sources`. Empty when the caller may not open the artifact (private to someone else, deleted, held, or in another workspace).

## Response `200`

`{ enabled, notes: [{ path, kind, id, title }] }`; `enabled: false` with no notes when Knowledge is off
