# Merge, reject or withdraw a proposed change

`POST /v1/skills/{skillId}/changes/{changeId}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

`merge` and `reject` need the skill's owner, an artifact editor or a workspace admin. `withdraw` is the proposer's own call.
