# Update Icing Conditions By Structure Id

`PUT /v1/structures/{structure_id}/icing`

## Request

This endpoint updates the icing conditions for a structure by its ID.

## Path parameters

- `structure_id` string, required

## Request body

- IcingConditionsUpdateInput
  - `thicknessMm` number, nullable: The glaze thickness [mm] of the ice on the structure. Must be larger than 0 if set.
  - `densityKgPerM3` number, nullable: The density of the ice [kg/m^3] on the structure. Must be larger than 0 if set.
  - `useIcingData` boolean, nullable: If true, the icing conditions will be used in the assessment.

Successful Response

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid parameters for updating.
- `404`: Either the structure or the icing conditions for the structure do not exist.
- `422`: Validation Error
