  - `thicknessMm` number, required: The glaze thickness [mm] of the ice on the structure. Must be larger than 0 if set.
  - `densityKgPerM3` number, required: The density of the ice [kg/m^3] on the structure. Must be larger than 0 if set.
  - `useIcingData` boolean, required: If true, the icing conditions will be used in the assessment.

- `400`: Invalid parameters for updating.
- `404`: The structure or the icing conditions for the structure do not exist.
- `409`: Icing conditions already exist for the given structure.
- `422`: Validation Error
