`GET /v1/structures/{structure_id}/discrete_ancillaries/summary-with-epa`

This endpoint retrieves a summary of information about the discrete ancillaries on a site, relevant for EPA calculation.

Only ancillaries marked as should_analyse=True are included in the summary.

- `governingWindDirection` number, nullable: Governing wind direction in degrees. Currently not used in EPA calculation for discrete ancillaries.
