`POST /v1/auth/method`

## Request

Resolve which login method the email's domain uses. Routing is by domain
only: the users table is never consulted, so the response does not reveal
whether an account exists. Deliberately unthrottled (accepted risk: the
domain-to-organization mapping is effectively public); the log line below
is the tripwire for bulk harvesting.
