- Want
  - `email` string, email: Where to say it shipped; unneeded with a bearer key.
  - `webhookUrl` string, uri: https URL that gets a POST {event: capability.live, capability, routes, docs}.
  - `note` string: What you wanted it for. We read these.

## Other responses
