`PATCH /api/settings/tool-belt`

## Request

Pins the tool belt on or off for this coach instead of following the rollout default. Only set it when you mean to override.

**Session-only.** This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
