# Adopt an imported pattern as a custom objection-bucket override

`POST /api/sales/objections/patterns/{id}/adopt`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.setluca.com`
- URL: `https://api.setluca.com/api/sales/objections/patterns/{id}/adopt`
- Auth: API key in cookie `luca.session_token`

Promotes an imported pattern into a custom override for its objection bucket, which is what makes it affect drafting. The override and the pattern flag move together, so a concurrent import can't half-apply it.

**Session-only.** This endpoint isn't on the API-key allowlist. An organization API key gets a 403 here, whatever scopes it holds.
