# Attach a verified or claimed identity to a lead

`POST /api/leads/{id}/identities`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.setluca.com`

  - API key in cookie `luca.session_token`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Links another channel handle to this lead. One person who messages you from both Instagram and WhatsApp stays one lead instead of two.

**API key scopes:** `leads:write`. You also need an `Idempotency-Key` header.
