# Draft a voice-matched reply for a lead and queue it for review

`POST /api/leads/{id}/draft`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.setluca.com`
- URL: `https://api.setluca.com/api/leads/{id}/draft`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `luca.session_token`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Runs the drafter and queues the result as a pending draft in the review queue. This route never sends, regardless of the channel's auto-send setting: the draft waits for the coach to approve it. Drafting again replaces the pending draft from this route, and a new DM from the lead expires it.

**API key scopes:** `leads:write`. You also need an `Idempotency-Key` header.
