# Read the coach's alert-delivery settings

`GET /api/insights/settings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.setluca.com`
- URL: `https://api.setluca.com/api/insights/settings`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `luca.session_token`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

The coach's alert-delivery settings. Before the first change, this returns the documented defaults without creating a database row.

**API key scopes:** `analytics:read`.
