# Push the current summary to the CRM now (skip the review wait)

`POST /api/call-events/{id}/push-to-crm`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.setluca.com`
- URL: `https://api.setluca.com/api/call-events/{id}/push-to-crm`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `luca.session_token`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Sends the current summary to the CRM now, without waiting out the review window. Re-pushing updates the existing note.

**API key scopes:** `call_events:write`. You also need an `Idempotency-Key` header.
