`GET /api/bookings/providers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.setluca.com`
- URL: `https://api.setluca.com/api/bookings/providers`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `luca.session_token`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Every booking provider Luca supports, what each one can do, and whether this coach's connection is healthy or needs reconnecting. The bookings settings screen renders from this.

**API key scopes:** `bookings:read`.
