The confirmation link, for the SIGNED-IN person. Body {t, preview?, workspace?}.

The token travels ONLY in this POST body: the link carries it in the URL fragment (never sent to a
server, so never in an access / error log, a Referer or history sync), the page reads it and posts it.
A query string on this route is refused before anything else (`token_in_query`), and there is no GET.
`preview: true` is read-only (what would change; records nothing). Otherwise the action runs for the
signed-in person; `workspace` only when the link names none (a trial workspace the person owns).
