A dated dump over [since, until] (ISO dates, inclusive-ish string compare): the document
register (journal entries, reversal entries, self-bills — voided ones included, annotated), the
void and unused-number records, the open number gaps, the tax-liability rows, and the raw billing
events (`_GOBD_EVENTS`), cut from the event log. `since`/`until` filter the raw events by
timestamp. The log is append-only by convention, fsynced and backed up — not tamper-evident;
`integrity` in the response says exactly that.

`vat_evidence` (#1411 R-3): per sale in range, its location-evidence block AS OF `until` (now,
without one) and its trail of changes up to then (`vat_evidence_trail`); changes after `until`
sit apart in `after_range`, marked and timestamped. A block filled or contradicted after booking
is never shown only as the original failed read. With AGENT_MDX_VAT_LOCATION_EVIDENCE off (no
blocks) the key is an empty list.
