The optional sign-up answers in AGGREGATE (signup_source.answers): counts per normalised
answer, an answer given by fewer than 5 accounts folded into `other`, small counts as "<5"; no
day, account id, handle or e-mail; test accounts left out. GLOBAL ADMIN only (a platform analyst
gets 403): the answers are free text people typed. Every read is written to the access audit
(fail-closed) first.
