Ask the operator to delete an ENDED World-Sim's kept snapshot now instead of after
SNAPSHOT_RETENTION_DAYS. Owner-only human session; only when `gone` (409 `not_ended`). Emits
`module.snapshot_delete.requested` once (idempotent: `already_requested` / `already_deleted`).
Cannot be undone. The instance shows `snapshot: delete_requested` until the operator answers
`module.snapshot_deleted`.
