Keep ONE World-Sim running: withdraw its scheduled end-of-period cancellation (Stripe
`cancel_at_period_end=false`), so it renews as before. Owner-only human session; the same exact
instance → subscription join as cancel (409 → /cancel otherwise). Idempotent (`not_scheduled`
when nothing is scheduled). Refused (409 `period_ended`) once the paid period is over or the
instance has ended — that would be a new purchase.
