Remove an ENDED World-Sim from the owner's list (GET /modules/mine leaves it out unless
`?include_hidden=1`). Display only: never touches data, the snapshot or billing. Owner-only human
session; only when `gone` (409 `not_ended`); idempotent (`already_hidden`).
