#779 (owner 2026-10-05, option 1A): the owner-only DRAFT PREVIEW of a collection —
shaped like `/memory/discover/item` so the listing page can render it — for members of the
collection's OWNING workspace only (the people who can read its drafts today, `is_member_of`).
No share link. Everyone else (anonymous, a signed-in stranger, a buyer, another tenant's
member or machine token, a library token, the analyst) gets the SAME 404 the public
`discover/item` answers for an unknown id, so the route is no existence oracle.

The owning tenant is the REQUEST's tenant (its hostname), never a `?t=`/`?tenant=` override:
a member previews their own workspace's drafts on its own host. The row is built on demand and
never enters the discovery index, so search, facets, sitemap, the author page and MCP stay
unaware of it. A preview is not a storefront view: no `collection.viewed`, no KPI counter.
