Discard a STAGED, never-listed collection draft: clear its `staging` channel so it leaves the
Sell cockpit. Refuses a live listing (use /unpublish for that). Only the collection's own ref is
cleared — member sessions/memories are untouched (they may back other, live listings), and the
version history stays in the odb, so this is reversible by re-staging. Body: {reason?}.
