MKT-030: the author UNDECLARES a build-on edge they declared (a wrong or withdrawn claim).
`ancestor` = the parent collection id; `?tenant=` its tenant (default: this collection's).
Same author gate as declare. Emits `marketplace.lineage.undeclared`; the edge leaves the graph,
so FUTURE sales accrue nothing to it — past royalty accruals stay untouched as ledger history.

A VERIFIED edge is the analyst's confirmation that the originator is owed a cut; the paying
derivative's author alone must not drop it (409 `edge_verified`). A global admin may.
