own saved sessions, built only from fixed vocabularies and counts (collector/listing_draft.py), plus
the seller-only signals it came from. No model call. Read-only: nothing is saved or published —
the seller edits it, saves it with `POST /library/session/{cid}/meta` and publishes through the
usual flow and its sign-off. Account-scoped (the caller's own library, like every /library/session
route). Behind `AGENT_MDX_LISTING_DRAFTS` (default off): off, it answers like an unknown route.
