# Create Purchase Request

Start a purchase for the human to confirm (#780). Body `{id, tenant, version?}`: the listing
(collection id and its seller workspace, from search results) and optionally the version the
agent expects (default `latest`; any other must be the version on sale now). Needs a scoped
library token with `library:acquire`. Returns 201 with `purchase_request_id`, a short
`user_code` and the `verify_url` the human opens; poll GET /library/purchase-requests/{id}.
Nothing is charged here, and the agent never receives a payment session.
