`GET /entities/tokens`

## Request

One row per token, folding the three token stores + the per-producer
emit footprint + the topic-sensitivity registry, with DERIVED roles/grants
and a SHADOW `shadow_would_deny` (computes-but-never-enforces).

"Tokens projection".
