# List Needs Human

`GET /entities/needs_human`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-docs.session-exchange.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api-docs.session-exchange.com/entities/needs_human`
- Auth: none declared

List NeedsHumanRequest entities, newest-first by last_event_at.

The Atlas Inbox view's primary call is `?state=open` — that's the
substrate-wide "what's blocked on a human?" inbox.

Global-admin-only kinds (collector/needs_human_visibility.py, e.g. the EU B2C revenue threshold)
are left out for every other caller; a page may then hold fewer than `limit` rows. For a global
admin, the body of such a card is filled in from its read-restricted record.

## Query parameters

- `state` string, nullable: Filter by lifecycle state: open | acknowledged | resolved | dismissed | escalated. Most consumers want `state=open` (the inbox).
- `producer` string, nullable
- `kind` string, nullable
- `repository` string, nullable
- `pr` integer, nullable
- `cursor` string, nullable
- `limit` integer

## Response `200`
