The caller-tenant's statement (Sell Phase 2): every sale, refund and payout from the payout
ledger, with date, listing, version, gross, VAT, platform fee and the seller's amount — integer
cents per line with its currency, never recomputed. `?month=YYYY-MM` filters by the line's date
(UTC), `?kind=&id=` to one listing, `?format=csv` returns the same lines as a download. Same
authz as /billing/seller/*: always the HOST workspace's own books (there is no tenant
parameter); a non-member gets 403. Owner/admin: every line of the workspace. A plain member: only
the sales and refunds of the listings they authored, totals and buckets over just those lines,
payouts (the workspace's) None. No buyer identity in either form.
