Erase the tenant's seller profile (owner/admin). Bank + identity data leave every read path
immediately; when the seller had sales the identity stays in the sealed vault until the 10-year
tax retention ends (§14b UStG / §147 AO / §26 PStTG) and is then purged. Payout onboarding has to
be redone to sell again.
