The caller-tenant's money PER LISTING, from the same ledger as the balance: `sales` (every
sale), `refunded` (sales with any refund), `fully_refunded`, `earned` (the seller's share after
VAT, the commission and refunds — partial refunds pro rata), `on_hold` (still in the reserve) and
`gross` (what buyers paid incl. VAT, after refunds — context, not the seller's money). Per
currency, minor units. No buyer identities.
