The caller-tenant's payable balance: accrued / on-hold (in reserve) / available / paid — with
the terms that explain the numbers and where the self-billing documents are. The workspace
balance is the owner's/admin's; a member gets `balance: null` and buckets over their own
listings' lines only (`money_scope: "own_listings"`).
