Status of a checkout the caller started — the ONLY source of truth for "did I pay and get
access" (never the return URL): pending → processing → fulfilled | failed | expired, driven by the
Stripe webhooks (see BillingStore.STATUSES). Scoped: a caller sees only their own intent
(global-admin sees any).
