Remove one sign-in method from the caller's account. Needs a sign-in within the last 10 minutes, on
the callback host; the last remaining method can't be removed (409 `last_identity`). Every OTHER
session of the account is signed out (the one making the change stays), so a browser that got in with
the removed method does not keep access. Agent keys are NOT revoked (#1025 item 2): `active_keys` lists
the ones that still work (id, label, dates — never a token), each revocable on its own.
