Upload ONE rendered image of a post (flag AGENT_MDX_BLOG_AGENT_WRITE). Body: the JPEG bytes
(`Content-Type: image/jpeg`). Write-once and content-addressed: `name` is `<slug>.<sha10>.jpg` (og,
1200×630) or `<slug>.devto.<sha10>.jpg` (devto, 1000×420), `<sha10>` the sha256 of exactly these bytes;
no metadata segments; at most 1 MB. Stored under <data>/blog/post-images/ (safe_image_path + O_NOFOLLOW
verify). It is used once a draft's `syndication.image.files` names it.
