Decline the invite this browser opened. Like accepting, this takes the emailed link (#987 A review):
a former holder whom #990 still lists cannot close an invite meant for the address's current holder.
No session needed (whoever has the mailbox may say no without an account). Under the same per-invite
lock as accept, revoke and supersede; the link is used up and every other link of the invite dies.
